Cancellation: Please note that due to limited availability I have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy: There are no refunds for any cancellation, for any reason, made less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may however cancel or reschedule your appointment online anytime BEFORE this 12-hour deadline without penalty.

2.  Liability Disclaimer:
I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury. I acknowledge and have been advised that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem, or any other condition or medication that may affect my participation. I assume the foregoing risks and accept full personal responsibility for any personal injuries sustained by me which might occur as a result of participating in (Lightflower qigong's) Alicia Fox's qigong, tai chi or healing qigong sessions, and discharge and hold harmless Alicia Fox (Lightflower qigong), or elected and appointed instructors from any claim, cause of action, or liability for damages arising from any personal injury to myself or other persons or property caused by my participation in any of Alicia Fox's classes or healing qigong sessions.
B. It is my continuing responsibility to inform my instructor(s) of any medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries prior to my first class and at other such times as I acquire information as to the same.
C. Further, it is understood that except for monetary refund, I have no claims against Alicia Fox or the landlord of the premises by any reason of their refusal to allow my participation in the classes or sessions.
