How does a session proceed?
You arrive at your session in loose comfortable clothing. Most sessions last about an hour. We will discuss your interest in the practice and the reason why you wish to develop a practice. Most of the work with be in movement and after the first session I will provide you with a list of some of the practices I would like you to do at home. After the initial sessions, you will develop your own notebook and I encourage notes in the class. |
